Individual Estate Plan Signing
Starting at $175
Includes mobile notarization for one individual’s attorney-prepared estate planning documents.
Couple Estate Plan Signing
Starting at $225
Includes mobile notarization for two individuals completing attorney-prepared estate planning documents during the same appointment.
Optional witness coordination is available for $50 per witness.
California notarial fees are regulated by California Government Code § 8211 and are currently $15 per notarized signature. Estate planning signing packages provide convenient flat-rate pricing for qualifying estate planning documents.

Please make sure each signer has a valid, unexpired photo ID and is willing and able to sign. Documents should be complete and ready for notarization before the appointment.
