1. Scope of Services
We provide:

Mobile Notary Services

Apostille Facilitation

Remote Online Notary (RON) facilitation (Powered by Unlimited Ink Notary)

Certified Document Translation Services
Some services are provided in partnership with trusted professional contractors and translators. All work is carried out to meet applicable state and federal requirements.
2. Booking & Payment
-
All fees are confirmed before booking and include notary time, travel, and administration.

Payment is required in advance to confirm an appointment.
-
Quotes are valid for 2 hours unless otherwise stated.

Services are non-refundable once started.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If we cannot complete a service due to our error, you will receive a full refund.
4. Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

Acceptable IDs vary by state but generally include:

U.S. driver’s license or state ID

U.S. passport

Certain foreign passports (RON and select states)

If ID is not provided within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, the session may be canceled without refund.

Signers must be willing and coherent to proceed.
5. Apostille Facilitation

We manage the process of obtaining an apostille or authentication for your documents.

Processing times vary depending on the issuing authority and destination country.

We cannot guarantee acceptance by a third party (e.g., foreign governments, schools, or employers).
6. Remote Online Notary (RON)

RON sessions require a secure internet connection, webcam, and microphone.

You must complete the state-approved ID verification process (Knowledge-Based Assessment and/or biometric check).

A video recording of your session will be stored as required by law.

Documents are digitally signed and sealed. Physical copies are not mailed unless arranged in advance.
7. Translation Services

All certified translations include a signed Certificate of Translation.

Translations are completed by native-speaking professionals and reviewed for accuracy.

Turnaround times are estimates and begin once payment and documents are received.

We cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific institution, though all translations follow recognized certification standards.
8. Limitations & Responsibilities
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by third parties (courts, government agencies, mail carriers)

Rejection of documents by a third party outside our control

Errors due to illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate original documents provided by the client
9. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable laws in the states we operate. Attempting to commit fraud, present false identification, or influence a translator’s interpretation will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to authorities.
10. Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us within 15 days so we can address it.
By booking, you agree that disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of California.
